These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by NATIVE 312 LLC d/b/a Launch Bridge Media ("we," "us," or "our") at launchbridgemedia.com (the "Site") and any services we provide. By using the Site or engaging us, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into agreements to use the Site or engage our services on behalf of a business.
We provide digital advertising services including, without limitation, website development, native advertising account setup and management, Google Ads management, Microsoft (Bing) Ads management, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads management, full-funnel campaign strategy, landing page and conversion optimization, and brand scaling strategy. The specific scope of any engagement will be defined in a separate written agreement (a "Statement of Work" or "Engagement Letter").
Digital advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to platform algorithms, platform policies, ad approvals, competition, seasonality, creative quality, budget, and product-market fit. We do not guarantee specific advertising results, lead volumes, conversion rates, return on ad spend, ad placements, or platform approvals. Past performance shown in case studies or marketing materials is not a guarantee of future results. Results vary by industry, budget, and competition.
All advertising campaigns are subject to the policies and terms of the platforms on which they run, including Google, Meta, Microsoft, Taboola, Outbrain, and others. We work to build campaigns in compliance with applicable platform policies but cannot control platform decisions or guarantee ongoing approval of any ad, account, or creative.
Launch Bridge Media is an independent advertising agency. We are not affiliated with, partnered with, endorsed by, or otherwise connected to Google, Meta, Microsoft, Taboola, Outbrain, or any other advertising platform unless expressly stated in writing.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of NATIVE 312 LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
Information you submit through contact forms or other channels is governed by our Privacy Policy. By submitting an inquiry, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to share it.
THE SITE AND ANY INFORMATION OR MATERIALS PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NATIVE 312 LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NATIVE 312 LLC and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Chicago, IL, United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
